Do I need a subscription?
No monthly subscription is required. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. You choose when to add more credits.
Can I create a reel with only 2 credits left?
Yes. A standard 30-second reel without an animated opening costs 2 credits. The $5 minimum applies when buying a credit pack, not to the balance you must keep in your account.
What happens if generation fails?
A failed render releases its credit reservation. Separately completed paid steps, such as an AI script-review draft, keep their own charge. Check your credit activity or contact support if you need help.
Are longer videos and extra options the same price?
No. Different formats and lengths have different prices. Premium animation, an animated opening, dance clips and optional paid drafts have their own quote. Your creation screen shows the required amount before you start.
How do I check a payment or invoice?
